[C. KOPPLEIN ARRESTED]

  Chas. Kopplein was arrested on Tuesday, on a warrant issued by Justice Kelly, for selling beer without a license. The case will be tried on Monday forenoon.--The suit is being presecuted by the Anti-Liquor League, who propose to carry it through until the beer question is settled by the supreme court, if necessary.
