[SPRINGVALE OFFICERS ELECTED]
Brandon Times, April 5, 1872

   SPRINGVALE.--The following officers were elected in Springvale by from 30 to 50 majority; Supervisors, S. Wilkinson, Ch'n, Hiram Randal, A, H. Sikes, Town Clerk, C. H. Seymour; Treasurer, G. W. Blanchard, Assessor, C. R. Penney; Jistices, Geo. Stevens, J. P. Stockley, H. N. Jewet, Constable Wm. Wallace. Two tickets, Republican and Democrat, were in the field, and the Republican one was elected throughout, with the exception of W. J. Banes for side supervisor, and he would have been but for his own opposition ot himself, which resulted in the election of Mr. Randal by a small majority.
