[STORMY DAY] Last Sunday was one of the stormiest days of the season. The roads were simply impassable. The Markesan stage started out as usual, but returned after spending two hours in getting as many miles. However, the warm sun of the succeeding days has sent most of that snow down hill in a liquid state, and bare ground and wagons are coming into fashion. |
