     In the matter of the estate of Josiah Batson, deceased.
   Letters testamentary on said Estate having been granted to Josiah Batson, and four months from and after the 30th day of June, A. D., 1874, having been by said order of said Court, allowed, for creditors to present their claims against said deceased for examination and allowance.
   Notice is hereby given, that the Judge of said Court, will on the 3rd day of November, 1874, at the Probate Office in the City of Fond du Lac, examine and adjust all claims and demands of all persons against the said Josiah Batson, deceased.
