FAIRWATER CREAMERY COMPANY HAS BIG DAY CHURNING
Brandon Times, May 25, 1922

The FairWater Creamery Company has been making some big runs of butter. But on Tuesday of this week 4,582 lbs. of butter was churned at this institution. And it is said that this is the largest make per day on the regular run in the history of the company.
This Company is also erecting a new creamery building, and the work on this new building has started. And by fall they expect to have one of the finest creameries in the state, which will be able to take care of the increasing business of the firm.
The capacity of the new plant will be a million pounds per year.
