   Notice of Hearing:
   In the matter of the application of the Markesan and Brandon Railway Company for the appointment of commissioners of apprisal of certain lands in the county of Fond du Lac, required for the purposes of said Railway Company,
   To W. D. Ash, Benjamin Austin, Clara Norris, David Norris, Emma Norris, Chester Hazen, Administrator of the Estate of Charles Norris deceased, John H. Berning, Albert H. Darrow, Caroline E. Brooks, Josiah Batson, Horace Cottrill, J. P. Smith, Fernando Newland, Nelson C. Hurlburt, Fernando Newland, Austin Kenyon, James Johnson, and to all other persons interested in the lands hereinafter described:
   You, and each of you, atre hereby notified, that a petition was filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said County, on the 20th day of September, 1882, by the Markesan & Brandon Railway Company, praying for the appointment of Commissioners to appraise the lands therein described, required to be taken for the purposes of said Railway Company; that said petition will be heard by the Judge of said Court, at the Court House at Sheboygan, in the County of Sheboygan, on the Twenty-Ninth day of September, 1882, at 12 o'clock in the noon of that day. That the following is a description of the lands described in said petition:
   A strip of land across the following tracts of land, viz:
   Block 7 of the village of Brandon in s w 1/4 of s w 1/4 of s w 1/4 of sec 25.
   Blocks 3 and 4 of said village in s w 1/4 of s w 1/4 of sec 25.
   The n e 1/4 of s w 1/4 of sec 26
   The n w 1/4 of s w 1/4 of sec 26.
   The e 1/2 of s e 1/4 of sec 28.
   The s 1/2 of s w 1/4 of sec 28.
   The s w 1/4 of n e 1/4 of sec 29.
   The s 1/2 of n w 1/4 of sec 29.
   The s e 1/4 of n e 1/4 of sec 30.
   The n 1/2 of s e 1/4 of sec 30.
   The e 1/2 of sw 1/4 pf sec 30.
   The e 1/4 of w 1/2 of s w 1/4 of sec 30.
   The west 330 feet of s w 1/4 of s w 1/4 of sec 30.
   All in Town 15 North Range 14 East in said County of Fond du Lac.
