[HULL TO APPEAR IN COURT]

   John Hull, of Alto, is under $500 bonds to appear at circuit court to answer to the charge of assault with intent to kill Aart Veleke. Hull and Veleke had a misunderstanding and Hull threw an axe at Veleke, just missing his head. Hull was drunk.
