FAIRWATER PUBLIC SCHOOL
CHRISTMAS PROGRAM, 1950
| The public school Christmas program was one
of the village's significant social events of the year. Children, families, and many of
the village's other residents gathered in the Civic Center for an evening of children's
performances on stage, the presentation of candy and gifts by Santa Claus, and
refreshments. Prior to the Civic Center's construction in 1941, the program was held in
Daehn's Opera House. |
