WHAT'S NEW? January 4, 2003: Volume 4 of the Fairwater Historical Society Newsletter (March, 2002 - January, 2003) has been added to the Society's Web site.
January 2, 2003: The Fairwater Historical Society Web Site has been updated to 2003 with the addition of the Society's calendar and museum goals for the new year.
May 5, 2002: The text of the June 29, 1967, Brandon Times news story accompanying the July 4, 1904, picture of Fairwater women dressed in costume for the Fourth has been added to the Fairwater records courtesy of Shirley Cyrus.
April 17, 2002: Fairwater area biographies from the 1880 History of Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin updated with copies of the original pages. A biography of Charles W. Kuehn from Maurice McKenna's 1912 History of Fond du Lac County has been added to the Biography and Family page. All additions courtesy of Richard and Joyce Damerau.
April 1, 2002: Genealogical information for the Benjamin and Sarah French Smith family has been added to the Fairwater biographies and families page courtesy of James Reeves.
April 1, 2002: Fairwater entries from Wisconsin gazetteers have been added to the gazetteers page for 1853, 1879, 1907-08, 1924-25, and 1927-28 courtesy of Jean Schwonek.
March 15, 2002: A Fairwater biographies and families page has been added to the site for published biographies of Fairwater area individuals and genealogical materials shared with the Fairwater Historical Society.

October 25, 2001: A facsimile of the 1924 Annual Report of the Assessor of Incomes for Fond du Lac County has been added to the Fairwater Collections. The directory was donated to the Fairwater Historical Society collections by Alice Miller from the estate of Hazel Miller.
October 11, 2001: The August 1, 1901, Brandon Times story about the devastating Jimtown fire has been added to the Fairwater records courtesy of Loma Klossner. |
