MRS. BUSLAFF AND MRS. HAUG ARE VICTIMS OF THE GRIM REAPER.

   Caroline Buslaff, pioneer and highly esteemed resident of Waucousta, died at her home Tuesday evening at nine o'clock.
   Mrs. Buslaff suffered a stroke of paralysis last week Monday and since then was a patient sufferer until death relieved her at the above named hour.
   Deceased was born at Wilibedessen, Westphalia, Germany, January 20, 1839; came to America in 1855 and on November 28, 1858, was married to Fredrick Buslaff, who, with one of her sons, William, preceeded her in death. The surviving children are: Louis, Hattie, Dora, Alvin, Fredrick and Carrie Buslaff; also thirteen grand-children all residing in and near the village of Waucousta.
   The numerous friends, who were a comfort to Mrs. Buslaff during her declining years, attest for the kind and loving disposition, which she at all times displayed to the best advantage, especially in cases of sickness among her friends and neighbors, her words of comfort and deeds of kindness were a bright star to the afflicted and these acts will be to her a living monument in the hearts of all who knew her.
   The funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 12:30 o'clock from the residence and at 1 o'clock from the Waucousta Lutheran church. The remains will be brought here for burial at the Union cemetery.


   MRS. JON HAUG
   Mrs. John Haug, aged 26 years, died at her home, three miles south of this village, Monday evening at 8 o'clock after an illness with tuberculosis of one year's duration.
   Mrs. Haug is survived by her husband and two children John and Ella.
   The funeral services will be held Friday morning at ten o'clock from the Catholic church at Kewaskum, the Rev. Father Vogt officiating. Interment will take place in the Kewaskum cemetery.
