DRAFT AT TEN O'CLOCK FRIDAY MORNING

  The draft will be held tomorrow (Friday) morning at 10 o'clock in the capitol building at Washington.
   Everything is ready as far as the war department is concerned. Printed pamphlets explaining the system to be employed in the drawing were distributed to all the local boards Wednesday and given to the press in confidence to be released whe Secretary of War Baker shall permit. They probably will be made public Friday morning, just before the drawing. Not a word is to be made public until all the states have reported themselves ready, as a precaution against tampering with the serial numbers.
   After making a special effort we were unable to obtain the serial numbers of the registered men in this district, but according to the information received from Ripon this afternoon, the serial numbers of the Campbellsport boys are as follows:
