DR. BLOCK AGAIN IN JAIL--H. DIERINGER PAYS FINE AND COST OF $49.43

Dr. J. E. Block of Dundee was arraigned before Justice R. C. Fairbank, at Fond du Lac, Wednesday morning, on the charge of being a habitual drunkard. His case was adjourned until Saturday afternoon at two o'clock, and in default of bail, he was remanded to the county jail to await his hearing.
Dr. Block was arrested at St. Agnes hospital, in Fond du Lac, Tuesday evening by Sheriff A. G. Brunkhorst, on a complaint sworn to by District Attorney L. J. Fellenz. Attorney R. L. Morse appeared for the defendant and said that he believed that the complaint against Dr. Block was not valid as it was made out on information and belief.

Henry Dieringer of the town of Ashford paid a fine and cost amounting to $49.43 in Justice H. J. Paas' court here Wednesday morning, after pleading guilty to the charge of being drunk and disorderly. During Dieringer's "celebration," Tuesday evening, he took a horse belonging to another farmer, from the sheds near the A. F. Krueger saloon at Elmore, drove to his home and put the animal in the stable, where it was found later in the evening by Marshal Schaefer and Constables Kraemer and Boeckler of this village.
