CLOSE UP A $46,000 DEAL LAST SATURDAY

  A deal was consummated last Saturday whereby the John O'Brien general store business and elevator at Eden, was traded for the Julius Grahl farm near the village of Eden. Mr. O'Brien values his business at $13,000 and Mr. Grahl receiving the equivalent of $32,000 for his farm, receiving the difference in cash from Mr. O'Brien. This farm is known as the Peter Hearity farm and is considered one of the finest pieces of property in Fond du Lac county.
   Mr. Grahl will hold an auction on April 1st, when Crosby and Reilly will offer for sale the personal property on the place. Mr. O'Brien and Mr. Grahl will each take possession of their new properties on April 4th. This deal was engineered by John Rohlfs of Eden and the real estate agency of Crosby, Reilly & Ninneman, of Cascade.
