MARRIED AT BRIDE'S HOME
MISS ANNA SENN BECOMES BRIDE OF ARTHUR VOHS SATURDAY EVENING

A quiet wedding took place at 7:30 o'clock Saturday evening, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Senn, when their daughter Anna was united in marriage to Arthur H. Vohs of North Ashford, the ceremony being performed by Rev. Wm. Zenk, pastor of the German Reformed church.
The bride was attired in a blue velvet suit and wore a grey hat. She was attended by her sister, Miss Floretta Senn, who wore a blue suit and green hat. The groom was attended by his cousin, Ray J. Wenzel.
Immediately following the ceremony the young couple left on a honeymoon trip to Lomira, Oshkosh and other parts in the state.
The bride is one of our most popular young ladies, and through her pleasing ways has added many friends until her intimate acquaintances extend over the entire community. The groom is the only son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Vohs of North Ashford. He is a prominent young farmer and was to follow his father in the agricultural business immediately after the marriage. The war, however, prevented this plan, as Mr. Vohs was called in the first draft and accepted by the boards of exemptions. Upon their return, Mr. and Mrs. Vohs will reside on the Charles Vohs farm at North Ashford, until the time when the young groom will be called into the U. S. army service.
The News joins the many friends of Mr. and Mrs. Vohs in extending best wishes for good luck and a happy married life.
