Reports which are authentic are that Company "C" are in a mutinous condition and have damaged their Capt. James B. Ponds personal property, by shearing his horses mane and tail, destroying his fine Saddle and bridle, Broke his Sabre, and stole his two fine ivory stocked Revolvers, and notifying him that his life would be taken if he remained in Company....
